The jury for the exhibition "Contemporary Landscapes 2020" chose Mascha Mioni's work "Over the Top".
Experimenting with combining photography and painting to create a unique work Mascha Mioni painted with oil on four aerial photographs of the Swiss Alps and defamiliarized them. Aerial photographs by sport pilot Carlos Rieder, Lucerne,mounted on plexiglass, 4 x 50cm x 40cm, 2019.
The exhibition at the modern Czong Institute for Contemporary Art (CICA), Seoul, South-Korea, lasts from Dec. 9 to Dec. 27, 2020 and shows creations of the following artists from all over the world:

March 14, 2020, 11.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m. apéro and opening of the exhibition Mascha Mioni at Ortho Cham Zug, Rigistrasse 1, Cham, Switzerland.
The exhibition's theme is "Help Heal Love", it addresses the common goals of artists and doctors, who both want to do lasting good to human beings.

Mascha Mioni has been participating for years in the Artwalk Trun along the young river Rhine.
It exists since May 2007. on its easy walk of about one mile there are works of very different style and material. The artists come not only from the region, but all of Switzerland and from far away: Leo Demund, Matias Spescha, Gieri Schmed or Linus Flepp, Mascha Mioni and Lawrence McLaughlin are some of the 35 artists present. The path is taken care of by the culture commission of Trun. ..."

The jury of the peace poster competition had eleven works of art from all over Switzerland to choose from in the Kunsthalle Luzern.
The work by 12-year-old Stacy Ngoyi Nyanguile, Neuchatel, which Mascha Mioni strongly favored as a member of the jury, received first prize.
